The private car park has secure access to the property by a remote controlled electric gate.

INFORMATION AND CONTACT
Arriving time
In general, from 5:00 p.m. and until 8:00 p.m. (10 p.m. by warning us in advance). If, however, we are not rented the day before your arrival, you can arrive in the morning. Not always being there, we ask you to give us a time slot so that we can welcome you and take you around the owner.
Departure time
Usually between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. so that we can re-prepare the house for the following tenants.
If, however, we are not rented the day after your departure, you will be able to enjoy the house for longer.
For stays longer than 4 nights
Your reservation must be confirmed to us in writing (email or letter) with your full contact details (address, mobile phone, email). Upon receipt, we will send you a rental contract to be returned to us in good form for agreement within eight days of the date of dispatch and accompanied by the following documents;
1 - a deposit
2 - a deposit check of 1500 euros (not cashed) to be sent to us when booking or in exchange for the keys
The balance is to be paid 14 days before arrival. The deposit will be returned to you on departure.

Y ou will, upon departure:
- remove the sheets and fold them succinctly,
- empty the dishwasher and put the dishes in the cupboards,
- put the garbage cans and glass under the outside staircase,
- clean the barbecue,
- make the house tidy as you liked to find it when you arrived.
