La maison m offers 5 bedrooms all in different styles and decorated by our daughters:
Emily room (160 bed with private bathroom and toilet)

The house benefits from a plot of 2500 m 2 fully enclosed by ancient walls.

Heure d’arrivée
De façon générale, à partir de 18h00 et jusqu’à 20 heures (22 heures en nous prévenant à l’avance). Si toutefois, nous ne sommes pas loués la veille de votre arrivée, vous pourrez arriver plus tôt. N’étant pas toujours sur place, nous vous demandons de nous indiquer un créneau horaire afin de pouvoir vous accueillir et de vous faire le tour du propriétaire.
Heure de départ
De façon générale, avant 10h00 afin que nous puissions re-préparer la maison pour les locataires suivants.
Si toutefois, nous ne sommes pas loués le soir ou le lendemain de votre départ, vous pourrez profiter de la maison plus longtemps.
Pour les séjours de plus de 4 nuits
Votre réservation doit nous être confirmée par écrit (mail ou courrier) avec vos coordonnées complètes (adresse, téléphone mobile, email). À réception, nous vous adresserons un contrat de location à nous retourner en bon pour accord dans les huit jours de la date d’envoi et accompagné des pièces suivantes ;
1 - un acompte
2 - un chèque de caution de 1500 euros (non encaissé) à nous adresser à la réservation ou en échange des clés
Le solde est à régler 7 jours avant votre arrivée au plus tard. La caution vous sera rendu au départ.

Vous n'avez rien d'autres à régler sur place. Les tarifs comprennent :

le ménage de fin de séjour (mais vous devez rendre le gîte comme vous avez aimé le trouver en arrivant) ;

le fond de placard dans la cuisine (huile, sel, poivre, vinaigre, torchons, etc).
Vous devrez, lors de votre départ :

retirer les draps et les plier succinctement ;

vider le lave-vaisselle et ranger la vaisselle dans les placards ;

mettre les poubelles et le verre sous l'escalier extérieur ;

nettoyer le barbecue ;

rendre la maison comme vous avez aimé la trouver en arrivant.
